- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This office is not friendly, rude and not helpful to any new patients. I was trying to make an appointment with Dr Glenn Ross. I told the receptionist I was from out of state and the receptionist couldn't tell me the difference between the two office locations they have. I asked which location would be closest to Worcester so that I may decide which location would be best suited for me. She became rude and obnoxious and only cared about the available date to make the appointment. This is where people skills come in. If you don't have any, you shouldn't be working with the public. 20 years in the medical field and never did any of my staff ever become rude to the patients on or off the phone.
